Michelle is a third generation hairdresser with a decade of experience,she graduated from the Graham Webb Academy, an elite Washington, D.C. metropolitan beauty school.

 

Michelle was an educator with Farouk Systems where she was able to travel across the country, working backstage at hair-shows and teaching classes at distributors.

 

She holds an instructors license and has taught at Paul Mitchell the School. Michelle believes heavily in continued education and emphasizes her own desire to never stop learning - a key to her success in the industry.

Michelle is married to a school principal and they have six adopted children. They received their first blessing, Kyler (age 5) from a private agency in the Dallas area. They have raised him since birth and he is a daily inspiration to them both. Their next five children came from the CPS system. Although they faced many difficulties in their life before joining the Jones family, they have all turned out to be wonderful, beautiful, intelligent blessings of their own. Michelle and Kevin are big advocates of adoption and fostering.
